I typically don’t write reviews, but his arrogant attitude was quite off-putting. The live music was excessively loud, making it difficult for my party to converse with one another. It was 8:00 PM on a Saturday night. When we approached the manager to express our concerns about the volume, he responded with, “This is a lively restaurant.” Looking around at the predominantly older crowd, I couldn’t help but think otherwise. We won’t be returning!

Everything was cooked to perfection, and the menu offerings were well presented. What truly made our experience exceptional was the service. Our waiter was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The hostess was very attentive, and the manager even took the time to visit our table while we were dining. This combination made our visit a complete delight.

It’s clear that when staff put in the effort, customers are inclined to order more and leave larger tips. Honestly, I likely would have ordered at least $100 less in food and drinks if Brendan had been like many of the indifferent staff I've encountered recently in the service industry. Additionally, we were pleasantly approached by various managers and owners who made our birthday celebrations feel truly special. The food was exceptional, with everyone enjoying their entrees, appetizers, and drinks. The rainbow cake special was absolutely delightful. Overall, it was a fantastic first visit, and I look forward to returning to celebrate other occasions.

H... read more Shortly after, the maitre d' approached with a bottle and an empty glass. He insisted he had seen the bartender pour it and claimed it was indeed Crown Royal. He poured me a small sample from the bottle he brought, which I confirmed was authentic. I then asked him to make me a new drink. However, he pushed the original drink back toward me, asserting that it was the one he had prepared. At that point, the four of us decided to leave. I didn't want to cause a scene or disrupt anyone else's meal. I've been dining out for years and have never written a negative review, even when experiences weren’t great, but this was truly disappointing! They lost a $300 to $400 dinner over a couple of dollars worth of liquor.
