Always hot and fresh. the young customer service staff who work there have a friendly smile on their face tomorrow. the restaurant itself is clean and until the toilets are immaculate I will post a picture of the toilets later. only reason no five stars the line is always long what happens when they have good quality eat.
First time and the last on this location Columbus,GA Marcys .Horrible I don't know the new employee before to leaved alone need to be sure how to do a simple order. Need to hear well and give the receipt so the customer can check on time. Bad services .I give a coupon and she not understand I only want the coupon she add me extra order I said the drink she didn't put the drink. When I buy the regular drink she put me the large not regular drink. One thing is one mistake but several repeat and repeat and still not understand. Also not the only one customer comeback to add the things she didn't put.
I placed an breakfast order on 06/10/22 at approximately 9 o’clock am, at Hardee’s St. Marys rd. the drive thru cashier was very rude..she had a frown on her face, acting as though she was angry..she was very unprofessional.one of my breakfast items was missing, i brought it to her attention..she closed the window very abruptly and returned with the item..i will never patronize this restaurant again! what ever happen to good customer service, is beyond me.?
Excellent location with friendly service. Sandra was outstanding and had impressive upselling skills.
The customer service was excellent, and the bathroom was very clean, which reflects the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
