As soon as I walked in, the woman who was sweeping gave me the impression that I was interrupting her personal time. When I mentioned I was there to order, she made a face and called for another employee from the back. The second woman was somewhat nicer, but overall, the experience was extremely disappointing—I'd rate it a -3. I got the strong impression that they didn’t want to help me with my order. Customer service is really important; a smile, a thank you, or even just a bit of appreciation goes a long way. Anything would have helped!

When I asked for it to be remade, the response I received was filled with attitude, and the bread was absolutely inedible. Additionally, she didn’t pay attention when adding the vegetables and sauces, resulting in one sandwich being completely slathered in mustard, forcing me to have that one remade as well. Since that was the last of that kind of meat, I had to switch sandwiches with my other order. Overall, it was a chaotic experience. The other employee kept complaining about the dishes piling up in the back instead of focusing on their work. I would strongly suggest that management pays a visit to this location in the evenings to address these issues.

After Mopping the whole entire store Marquia proceeded to then give great customer service and send me on my way. Hadto give five stars for the way she handled the guest at hand. Would definitely come again!

The atmosphere clean and welc... read more I visited the location at Columbus Park Crossing today to try a sandwich from the new collection. The staff was warm and friendly. The atmosphere clean and welcoming. I tried The Monster ?Subway?s way? and it was delicious just as I was told itwould be. I?ll definitely come back again! This location is obviously well managed and treat one another and customers well!
