Nestled near Fort Benning, Bojangles has garnered mixed reviews from diners. Don't even waste your time going to this place. The staff are very rude, dirty and unprofessional. They have a grade of 93,one reason for that is because they give out food that is not thoroughly cooked. It's on display at the drive thru window. After sitting in line 10 minutes to order and then another 20 to get food, now add 15 more minutes it took to skip the line to get back to the window. Lol whew that's was a lot, then another 10 minutes waiting for my money at the window. Now what is the issue I take it that you're wondering? THEY SERVED ME RAW CHICKEN ON MY BISCUIT, AND FROZEN COOKED HASH ROUNDS. ???
I went to bojangles today and ordered two combos and an extra side of fries and extra drink when we got our food and drinks we were missing 1 drink and the extra set of fries we told the lady we were missing our drink she said “I thought so” okay so then I check the bags our extra fries aren’t in there she then says “open your boxes so I can see” we show her the extra set isn’t in either box but she claims to have saw the lady put two in the box the manager I’m assuming finally walks up and tell the lady fries comes with the combos and we order an EXTRA set. This lady was extremely rude and tried to charge us for more fries.
The drive-thru was quick and the staff was very pleasant and nice. Recommend.
I ordered a 12-piece meal at the drive-thru and asked for 4 wings instead of breasts. Unfortunately, I ended up with 3 breasts and only 3 wings. Additionally, the biscuits were undercooked and looked very pale.
The decor of this place seemed a bit dated, but the staff was welcoming and the chicken sandwich was delicious.
