Additionally, the biscuits were undercooked and looked very pale.

My order was ready by the time I reached the window, and everything was accurate. Now, I'm relaxing on my couch, enjoying the delicious food. The young woman at the drive-thru was very polite and friendly as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Although the indoor seating area closed at 2 PM, we arrived with just 10 minutes left, and they graciously allowed us to sit down and enjoy our meal. They also made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was satisfactory, which made our experience very enjoyable.

After calling them, they finally answered the phone, but the service remained poor. To make matters worse, I saw employees smoking marijuana in the parking lot. Overall, my experience at Bojangles was quite disappointing.
