I ordered two large iced mochas with turbo, but instead I was charged for five doughnuts, a cold brew plain iced, and one medium mocha. I only wanted two coffees and they couldn't even get that right. I suggest avoiding this place and going to the one on Vet Express instead.

I waited in the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes just to order a signature iced coffee and 2 doughnuts. I didn't want to leave just because of the way things were going, but it was frustrating to wait so long only to be told they didn't have what I wanted. Even after giving me something different, they still got my order wrong.

The grilled cheese was soggy, and the shake was filled with ice and quite watery. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

I took it back for them to fix, and they handled it without any issues. The tall Black guy at the window was really friendly and provided excellent customer service. The sandwiches were great, and we will definitely return!
