I recently celebrated my "21st" birthday there, enjoying the most incredible food, outstanding service, and even a visit from the chef. I’m already looking forward to our next special occasion. The servers are top-notch, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the menu and offering insightful descriptions and thoughtful recommendations. The chefs are exceptionally talented, skillfully blending molecular gastronomy techniques with innovative culinary artistry to create dishes that are both visually and gastronomically delightful. From the tiny wasabi pearls served as a palate cleanser between courses to the exquisitely prepared kangaroo loin and the delectable crab cakes, each dish is carefully balanced and simply perfect. The sides and accompaniments are every bit as impressive as the main courses, and the desserts—like the indulgent crème brûlée and creamy risotto with chanterelles—are a must-try. The wine pairings are excellent, and the elegant ambiance enhances the overall experience. There aren’t enough words to convey just how rare and exciting a dining experience at this restaurant truly is. The entire staff has impeccable timing in serving courses and refreshing drinks. You won’t find an experience like this anywhere else in the Southeast—it’s absolutely something you cannot miss. Our family values this experience and plans to return as often as possible, with aspirations to enjoy the chef’s table soon!
