I waited in the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes just to order a signature iced coffee and 2 doughnuts. I didn't want to leave just because of the way things were going, but it was frustrating to wait so long only to be told they didn't have what I wanted. Even after giving me something different, they still got my order wrong.

Go in and the first guy I see mumbles something I can not hear and is blazed, red eyes the whole bit. I don’t care what you do on your time but if you can not even get my order right the first time move over so someone can work. They get my order don’t even type it into the computer they “play telephone” and verbally pass it to some one else and still get it wrong multiple times. They waste my time and have to charge twice because they didn’t get full order before processing.
