First time going since COVID and was pleasantly surprised! The carper is new and it smells clean and look clean. The food was fresh and . Way to go Chuck E. Cheese!!
I was there for my great niece's oldest girl. She and the party kids love the games.
The service was great. It was a nice, clean, organized party celebration. My daughter and I both had fun.
I was really disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Many of the games were malfunctioning and ate our money. The animatronic animals on stage weren't working either. The salad bar was unappetizing, and the games didn't dispense any tickets, making it frustrating for the kids. It was really difficult for them to win tickets, and even when they did, nothing came out of the games. The prizes were extremely cheap and required so many tickets that it felt impossible for the kids to win anything. To top it off, the building was freezing, and the staff were unhelpful and rude. We ended up spending a lot of money, and our child was upset on his birthday. We definitely won't be returning.
Took my grandson on his 8th birthday to play some games he has always enjoyed playing there in past, we bought a 29 dollar card from machine, 25 minutes later card had expired, in past card has lasted an hour. Complained to worker behind counter ,gave me dumb confused look, grandson was upset, we will never again visit ur establishment and will not reccomend anyone useit,
