However, my frus... read more I understand that everyone can have an off day and that Cheddar's handles a large volume of orders daily, which can sometimes lead to mistakes. However, my frustration lies in the fact that I've consistently received incorrect orders lately. I had remained a customer because of the enjoyable experiences I used to have, but after these recent incidents, I’ve decided to stop dining there.

I've been goin here for years without any complaints until tonight! i went with a friend we both ordered our drinks the same time she got hers and 20 minutes la... read more I've been goin here for years without any complaints until tonight! i went with a friend we both ordered our drinks the same time she got hers and 20 minutes later waiting on mine.waitress advise she don't know why it's taking so long and bartenders have an attitude with her i can see the bar from my table and bartenders running their mouths while i'm still waiting on my drink manager sheldon is sorry as hell he comes and make excuses saying bartenders are waiting tables and bartending. i advise him i watch from my table and they standing around running their mouth.i advise him i am not paying for s he tells me if i have to leave they don't tolerate profanity and he was calling the police where was the profanity? why didn't he take ownership? why place blame on customer? why not simply say ma'am i apologize drink is on us instead of taking my drink away after i stated i was not paying for the simple fact i waited nearly 30 minutes because bartenders was not doing their job!! sheldon does not need to be a manager at all!! he has no compassion, does not take ownership!! cheddars is goin down hill! go to el carizzo sheldon and take notes on great customer service or get some training cause you suck!!
