Dining at this restaurant has become an exercise in frustration for many patrons. Consistent complaints highlight a lack of service efficiency, with slow food preparation even during quiet hours, leading to cold and underwhelming meals. The staff, described as unfriendly and dismissive, has contributed to a negative atmosphere, compounding issues like incomplete orders and poorly cooked items, including rubbery chicken tenders. While a few redeeming qualities exist, such as the milkshakes, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. Many customers have vowed not to return, expressing disappointment and a desire to share their experiences with others.

The service was quick and efficient. The hamburger was tasty, and the fries were also good. Considering the price, they were excellent!
We had no jokes for years while we live in Texas, after this experience it will probably take years before we have it again! the automated language application was such a pain that you should use on the drive-thru, seems to be a drop with 5-person crew that listens to 20ft away. our burgers came out, crushed the fries (the main reason of coming to checkers) were boiled in old fat, were soggy not crisp, hot tasted as we remembered! Service crew seemed nice enough, but not really interested in correcting the problems with our visit! really disappointed that the milkshakes were the highlight of our family meal!
Placed order at drive thru. Received order and didn’t check it, they forgot large fry. Called their phone number 23 times and never got an answer. Totally unacceptable! They also give no receipts
Orderd fries they were cold couldn't believe it gave them bk waited for hot fries they had a additude got new fries they tasted like old grease
Chicken tenders were so over cooked they weren’t edible. To make matters worse they didn’t provide the dipping sauces for either combo I ordered. Winds hardly had any sauce and chewed like rubber.
