Unfortunately, I had to lower my 5 star rating. Went in today and the place is filthy. Tea urns were empty. They were out of their branded hot sauce that is a staple on the tables. The tables were dirty. The floors were dirty. Staff were hooping it up in the kitchen very loudly, even using curse words. I found out there are fairly new absent owners. It's been awhile since I have had Schlotzskys and his location was worth writing about. Super clean, convenient and the food came out prompt with no mess ups.
