The restaurants itself is run down, there is nothing fabulous about it, but that is always excusable if the food is good. Which unfortunately leads me to a 3 star review. Lo mein is greatly lacking. It is noodles, that is it. Just noodles. No spice, no sauce, nothing. Oh also fortune cookies are 10¢ a piece. How am I suppose to bet on a lottery ticket without my lucky numbers?

The rice was bland and the chicken in both entrees tasted like burnt old grease. Even had a 4pc chicken wing that was awful. Won?t be back. Thought it would be nice to try a new establishment since relocating to this side of town. But I?ll continue to drive to Parklane for the experience.

The skin on the wings was soggy like left overs. The rice was soggy too. Normally fresh wings are crisp and full of flavor. Theonly suggestion I have is make the wings crisp and fresh not soggy. Thank you guys for awesome customer service. ??????

I quite literally drove down from Greenville to Columbia to try Eggroll Chen. Their prices are so good and they give you huge portions.
