I was happy that I received much better customer service (hence the 3 stars) but I’m disappointed with my food. I ordered 2 famous bowls and inside of both bowls were old burnt corn which messes up the whole bowl. I would like to be reimbursed for these items hopefully the owner will respond to me. That's the worst kfc I've ever had. they get the order wrong every time (which is why I don't go there anymore) and the staff is very rude. a few years ago, two workers came into a fight at the window while waiting for my food. I haven't gone back for years, then I'm sorry to go back there. the woman has my whole order wrong, then told me that is what they said on a command that was not even close to what I ordered. then she threw my bag. I never go there again. ghetto kfc.
Would give 0 stars if possible. waited 35 minutes in the car thru for fresh huh just to get a bucket of slimy soggy huhn. I wouldn't feed this to my dog alone. I tried to call the restaurant to see if they could regain my order, but never get an answer. it's almost like they put old huh in the fat. they weren't even busy, there were 3 cars in the line. don't waste your money with this kfc.
If I gave them a star. placed at the drive thru at 12:02, was said to raise....12:19 we tried to find out what was going on. cash comes from 3 minutes later, pushes a bag thru car window that searches for thru bag, literally nothing in bag was ours. she revolves around rudely asking if we have everything, and man says no, just give us our money bag. lady was obviously happy and rude, says they only have two people. went back to drive thru window and waited, again, another woman came with our quitting into the window, asked how we paid, cash. go back our money and wasted a good 20 minutes at this place kfc must have enough staff or not even open the load. that was a show. At least we have a free tee. lol.
My man and I have fallen, and as last we went, there was a new person who does not train. every time we went there, we always have to drop the order because nobody does what they should be over there. hide better people or close the location.
Went through the drive through twice last month. The first time I noticed I was charge way more than usual but didn’t say anything. I’m a good inspector and I know prices are ridiculous especially chicken. Second time, charged even more for the same order. I ordered the 5.50 box and was charged 5.99 plus my side was also more than what was on the reader board at the drive thru. I mentioned it to the lady at the window that I was charged a lot more than what is posted and she said that’s just the way it is!! That’s false advertising!!! Haven’t been back since and have told several of my coworkers who used to go there weekly. That’s ridiculous!!
