Ruth's Chris Steak House Columbia

We were in many ruth chris restaurants about the years and we always had amazing experiences. that all changed last night. we sat an hour after our reservation time, and the service was absolutely terrible. we were served someone else salat, and I had to ask for our appetizer plates to be cleaned what our food offered. of which they have only erased some. after dinner the deserts came and our dinner sides were never deleted. my martini came into a rock glass and the olives greased. I will never come back

We always reserve a table when available during our business trips with their restaurant. they are never disappointed by the quality of food and service.

Seated promptly. Excellent a d attentive wait staff. Great for a celebration.

The server was bad, my wife ordered her birthday drink and couldn’t even get a straw. We had to ask four different servers for a straw. The entrees took forever to come out. The food also took a very long time and was not prepared how we asked. The experience was not good!

Brooke was an awesome waitress. She did an excellent job with checking on us during our time there without being excessive. She was nice enough to bring out a dessert, free of charge, so that we could try it even though we had ordered another date. The next time we go back, I would definitely ask for her again. Thoroughly enjoyable dinner.
