It seemed like nobody noticed I was still waiting for my food. Although my sandwiches had been ready for a while, by the time they finally arrived, the meat was at room temperature. This experience was not reflective of my typical visits to this restaurant.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, including the restroom. My only concern is that the floor in front of the counter is somewhat slippery, which could create a risk of slipping in the future.

I noticed the back door slightly open and thought someone would come out to speak with me, but no one did. As I was leaving, I saw someone exit through the back door and walk towards the dumpster without carrying anything. I ended up telling another customer on the road not to waste their time because it really seemed like they were closed. Why does the sign say you open at 6 if you're not actually prepared for customers?

I waited in line for more than 40 minutes and still had two cars in front of me before I could get my food. Fortunately, I was at work, so my coworkers didn't depend on me or my meal. I'm giving this restaurant two stars because the food is always good. However, waiting an hour for breakfast at the drive-thru is completely unacceptable!

When I returned, my original order still wasn't ready. To make matters worse, the manager informed me that they were out of chicken tenders. I can't understand why they didn't realize this when they received the order. The staff was quite disorganized and chaotic, and their communication skills seemed to be lacking. Altogether, it took about an hour before I finally received my order. I do not recommend this place.
