What User doesn't like about Olive Garden:
the worst visit of all time! short-time staff? now, it seems as if the staff waiting in tables around us was simply in order to move people with great size in and out. View all feedback.

Very nice place, great service and eating was hot and tasty. we had the endless salat and brotsticks, the huhn alfredo, shrimp scampi and grilled salmon. I would recommend and would visit again. the place was clean, although at the entrance smells like cheese. all olive garden have this strange smell. After 5 minutes you don't pay attention.
Customer service during these times can be hard for staffers; however, Tori and Matt turned a not so good experience into a great one! We had to wait awhile longer for our to go order and when I decided to come inside Tori understood my frustration. Without request or hesitation she sought out the shift manager, Matt. He greeted me with a smile, appreciation for my patience, did all he could to expedite my order, and ensured I was settled before walking away. Matt even catered to my 5 year old with an appreciation that he’d be eating dinner later. When we arrived home our meal was perfect and delicious! Just a thought….the next time things seem to be not going well, remember the staff is doing all they can to ensure everyone is taken care off! Extend a bit of grace and mercy to them and will be sure to come back to you! Great job Olive Garden staff!
Great service. Rhianna was awesome! Appetizers came out with the quickness. Shrimp Alfredo was pretty good probably could of used some more sauce. A part from that I left fat n happy!
What a day. virginia was smeared with 10 snow. we were stuck on i 64 for 2 hours after we drove over thousands of snapped kiefern. many trees fell on the road in either lane, as we tried to avoid, in cars or trees. or both, we decided to go 15 s and 60 e. one was worse than the other. we finally come to i 95 and stop south of richmond. look into the hampton inn and at the recipe hired engl, erica, says about the road to go to olive garden. exactly what the doctor ordered for hungry, exhausted travelers. we go in and are politely said that the waiting period is 45 minutes. no server. snow! at least there were no trees to avoid. All right. we order a high chair at the bar. my wife sits and we order drinks. she gets the Italian margarita with a side shot of amaretto. I get a big diet. no ice, especially today. the bartender was a steeler fan and convinced us to sit like another chair opened. the personal has changed to stay and it was a great decision. her lasagne was fantastic and my chicken parmesan slipped on it. salat and brotsticks! what a solid. we have made our way over ice and snow in the hotel carefully and at the end of a long day, satisfied, laid down. segnungen von gott zur sicherheit und zur olivengarten to secure a long winter lap.
