The wellcome was very friendly, the food excelent, the service over the top and the atmospher nice and warm. This is truly one of the best restaurants in Colmar.

Really great experience at L'Echevin. The restaurant is located within the Hotel le Marechal, Colmar. The food was extraordinary, and the service was lovely. Highly recommended!
Fine dinner local ingredients and local weine in a romantic environment, friendly staff, 4 curs alcase menu was a bit much, but tasted great.
