We had a wonderful lunch in the charming garden restaurant. Our pike-perch with crayfish and the pork cheeks were excellent. We assume that great emphasis is placed on top-quality ingredients. The service was very attentive and refreshingly friendly. We look forward to our next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bartholdi restaurant in Colmar. The terrace at the back of the restaurant is very pleasant, shaded, and peaceful, with a superb location at the foot of the Dominican church. It's a truly delightful setting for a relaxing lunch or dinner, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier streets. The service is attentive, refined, and refined, making the experience even more enjoyable. You can feel a genuine concern for the welcome and comfort of the guests. An elegant, well-located restaurant that we highly recommend for a wonderful time in Colmar.

A culinary masterpiece! This restaurant is a must for all food lovers. Every bite was a poem, every dish a culinary adventure. The quality of the ingredients was exceptional, the presentation a work of art. The service was professional and attentive, the ambiance authentic and inviting. The selection of regional wines was perfectly paired with the dishes. The five-course menu was a composition of fish and meat, every note perfectly harmonized. The chef cooked with love and passion; every dish was a masterpiece. A true explosion of flavors! Bravo!

Special asparagus evening. €45 for the €70 menu with wine pairing. Everything was perfect.

It's a restaurant! A little old-fashioned, but with all the right credentials. Obviously, the Choucroute 8 Garnitures takes center stage, especially since Alsatian cuisine isn't exactly known for its sheer number of dishes. The white asparagus is excellent, and the ham (the very good cooked ham) is the perfect accompaniment. Equally obvious: the Alsatian wine, of course!
