First, the food is delicious and the room is very sweet. it looks as if they had marked their vegan options unambiguously (if I went it was their 2022 spring menu). we got the watermelon salad without cheese as an appetizer, although we were very tempted by the vegan nachos! the salat was refreshing and bright. for my main I have the tofu burrito, which was a taste and texture bomb. I'd like to come back!
I had the vegan tacos for takeout! I think their menu is fairly reduced (probably by kovid and only the take-out so options were generally limited), but they were absolutely delicious! I also had her hot sauce (made in the house) that was fantastic!
First it seemed like there weren't many vegan options, but once I asked my server, she was super courteous. the food was amazing, will be definitiw back
"We ordered the vegan nachos and cauliflower tacos, and the cauliflower was particularly delicious. The staff seemed a bit annoyed when we requested a table without a reservation, but it was only 4pm and there were empty seats available, so it may be a good idea to call ahead. There was a 1.5-hour time limit indicated on a card at our table, which was enough time to enjoy our meal. While the staff may need to accommodate reservations, the overall atmosphere was not very welcoming. We will give this place another try in the hopes that they will be more welcoming next time."
I really enjoyed the delicious food and charming ambiance of this restaurant. They have made it easy to identify their vegan options, especially on the 2022 spring menu. We opted for the watermelon salad without cheese as an appetizer, although we were tempted by the vegan nachos. The salad was fresh and vibrant, and my main dish, the tofu burrito, was bursting with flavor and textures. I can't wait to return!
