I've also been baking for her for all tho... read more My wife has been gluten-free for almost 7 years now and we have tried all different types of GF products in that time. I've also been baking for her for all those years. This place carries the best gluten-free bread either of us have ever eaten, hands down, with a great variety of bread types. I don't need a gluten-free diet, and I usually notice the aftertaste in most GF savory foods, but not with any of these so far. Their GF sourdough is just as satisfying as the real stuff! I'm not exaggerating and they're not paying me to say this. I'm a real person. As far as the rest of the store, I've always had great customer service and have enjoyed everything I've ever bought there. When I need a hard-to-find item, I don't hesitate to ask them. I had been looking for beef tallow for literally 2 years, and finally found it there while browsing for other items. I also love the vending machine they have in the front of the store full of nutritious and satisfying refrigerated meals for when I'm driving by at off-hours. I really hope they continue to stock that.
