My family and I, including... read more We recently visited Cathryn’s Restaurant and, while the food was excellent, our experience was unfortunately marred by poor service. My family and I, including my special needs adult son, were looking forward to a nice evening out. However, Theresa, one of the waitresses, was dismissive and impatient with my son. Her tone and attitude toward him were unkind and upsetting, which ultimately caused him to become very emotional, leading us to leave early. While I understand that busy nights can be stressful, there is no excuse for mistreating any customer, especially one with special needs. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure all guests feel welcome and respected. The food itself was fantastic, and we might consider returning in the future—if we can be assured of a more inclusive and compassionate dining experience.
