I must say that the only time I have seen any smiles on the faces of the staff, is when I tipped them $20. Too bad there is no joy in that facility....at least that way the high prices might be overlooked tips might come a little more often.

Absolutely horrible, I came in looking for a microwave just to warm up my food , I'm calmly looking around and I turn the corner to what looks like a dinning si... read more Absolutely horrible, I came in looking for a microwave just to warm up my food , I'm calmly looking around and I turn the corner to what looks like a dinning sitting area , all the sudden the older lady starts yelling at me with attitude and I simply say I'm looking for a microwave do you have a microwave?, yeah we have one in the back ,but not for public use. That answer would have been fine if it wasn't how she said it . To be honest she a entitled Karen .and the attitude in the old lady to verbally abuse me for asking q simple question.
