I decided to stop at Justine's for dinner based on the recommendation of some friendly patrons leaving at that time. I had a great experience with the service (thanks to Justine's mom), beer, wine, and food. The dinner entrees were very generous in portion size. We ordered linguini with white clam sauce and ziti with eggplant, both of which were delicious. If you find yourself in the Cobleskill area, make sure to add Justine's to your list of places to try. The ambience and decor was gorgeous weather permitting I would have loved to eat outside since it is so beautiful. Our server Lauren was amazing she was so kind, patient, and would come and refill our drinks throughout our meal. Also had the c... read more We got the stuffed Sole which is a mix of stuffed scallops and crab that comes with pasta of your choice. It was the best seafood I had recently. Also had the chicken noodle soup and it was OK. You also get the salad and garlic bread, both are amazingly good. Portion size of the entree is humongous. Almost everyone walked out of the place with couple of boxes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeble enough to explain the specials. Highly recommend local place for anyone visiting the caverns like
