What Lesley Anderson doesn't like about Pizzeria Prima Strada:
I’d heard great things about this pizzeria so we finally stopped in. We had a funghi pizza. The dough was nice but the pizza was mostly regular white mushrooms versus a mixture to provide more flavour, and whatever the vinegar was they put on it was terrible, sour and overly acidic. I had Pizza Margarita and my wife had Piatto Di mozzarella, both were really good. As I did to italy his not exactly the same experience, but it was much closer than we had in other restaurants on Vancouver Island so far. Server was super polite and helped with allergies no problem. Whole restaurant is really beautiful. Vegetarian options: All pizzas are available in vegetarian version, Antipasti can also be ordered without meat. Child-friendly: Child seats available Parking: The restaurant is part of the shopping center, so there are many free parking spaces around accessibility: no stairs everywhere, wheelchair accessible toilets. Nutrition restrictions: The server was super helpful for Alergy limitations.
