What David Freyne dislikes about Dunkin':
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the manager's rude demeanor. As a truck driver, this was my only dining option at the time. I have a gluten allergy and asked if my breakfast burrito could be prepared without the flour tortilla. Instead of being accommodating, the manager responded harshly, insisting they wouldn't fulfill my request. When I asked him if he was truly going to make me eat... View all feedback.

Dunkin' is a great spot for coffee and donuts, especially early in the morning and throughout the day. However, the app that offers discounts, perks, and rewards doesn’t seem to work well with the location on Western Street. It might have a bug because the last two times I used it for drive-thru pickup, I had to repeat my order, which defeats the convenience that the app is supposed to provide.
This Dunkin' Donuts operates as a self-service spot! They have hot coffee, Dunkaccino, iced coffee, iced tea, and plenty of flavor options to pick from. Just make sure you know how to prepare your coffee, just like at any other Dunkin’. I was also happily surprised by the fresh donuts on offer!
Dunkin' is a great place for coffee and donuts, especially in the morning and throughout the day. However, I've encountered some problems with their app that provides discounts and rewards. It doesn’t seem to sync properly with the Western Street location and might have a glitch. On my last two drive-thru visits, I had to repeat my order, which definitely reduces the convenience.

I really like Dunkin’ Donuts, but this location feels more like a gas station featuring a hot self-serve coffee station. They offer a limited selection of pre-made items and some donuts on display. That said, it's still a solid gas station.
When I asked him if he was truly going to make me eat something that could harm me, he sarcastically replied with a "yes." Overall, it was a negative experience marked by unprofessional staff.
I used to live on the northeast coast, where Dunkin' Donuts was everywhere. Personally, I never liked their coffee and found their donuts to be lacking in freshness. I was surprised to find out that they actually ship them to the stores, which was quite disappointing for me. Now, whenever I come across a Dunkin' Donuts, I immediately look for another donut shop. I prefer to support local businesses instead of corporate chains.

Make sure to order the Javachip with a double blend and a double shot of chocolate. It's absolutely delicious!
The coffee and Boston cream pie were absolutely delightful! They brought back fond memories of my time in New York City!
