However, the app that offers discounts, perks, and rewards doesn’t seem to work well with the location on Western Street. It might have a bug because the last two times I used it for drive-thru pickup, I had to repeat my order, which defeats the convenience that the app is supposed to provide.

Just ma... read more This Dunkin' Donuts operates as a self-service spot! They have hot coffee, Dunkaccino, iced coffee, iced tea, and plenty of flavor options to pick from. Just make sure you know how to prepare your coffee, just like at any other Dunkin’. I was also happily surprised by the fresh donuts on offer!

However, I've encountered some problems with their app that provides discounts and rewards. It doesn’t seem to sync properly with the Western Street location and might have a glitch. On my last two drive-thru visits, I had to repeat my order, which definitely reduces the convenience.
