I have always been a big fan of KFC! I love their food so much that I always get the 12-piece meal with all the sides and a large raspberry iced tea. The best chicken around! It's always super fresh.

I ordered two buckets but only received one. I had requested just the legs. The KFC in Clovis, NM, is frustrating and lacks good customer service. It feels absolutely disrespectful! It seems like the staff doesn't care about anything, and the store is filled with unmotivated individuals.
Very rude will not return.
Oh my goodness! I have never seen fast food so incredibly clean! The staff worked really well together, and they jumped right into action as soon as they came back from their breaks. They seemed to get along great and really encouraged each other. They definitely deserve some kind of recognition! It was dinner time when I visited, and they did an outstanding job. I went back there on Friday night, and it was the same excellent experience!

This will be my final visit to the Clovis, NM location. They consistently miss items in our orders, and this time they forgot our drinks, individual coleslaw, and biscuit. I understand that fast food can be a tough job, but since I work hard for my money, I expect to receive my complete order the first time. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here; it may be better to dine elsewhere, as it feels like the staff is indifferent. If you're unhappy in your job, maybe it's time to consider a different path instead of making mistakes with customers’ orders and taking their money.

My experience at this KFC has been frustrating. They rush you to place your order, only to get it wrong and forget items that you’ve paid for. It’s annoying to have to stand in line again just to fix their mistakes. I used to enjoy KFC on the East Coast, but this visit was disappointing.
The chicken was fantastic. I really enjoy their mashed potatoes with brown gravy. It seems they might be under new management because the lady who appeared to be the manager was efficiently overseeing the front counter, kitchen, and drive-thru. Everything was running very smoothly. In the past, the service hasn't always been great, but this time we were very satisfied.

This was my first visit since the renovation, and I was impressed. The staff was outstanding, the food was served quickly and tasted great, and the restaurant itself was immaculate.
Absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding. We had an incredible time!
