So beautiful! Great little type of street dinner with a pretty good menu. The back is all breakfast! I had the Big Dixie Burger and it was excellent. Serves hot with crisp fresh vegetables on... delicious! The most friendly people in the world!

We arrived around 8:45 AM, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to every guest. I ordered the white gravy and cookies, just like my mother used to make from scratch. I was so full that I had to take home the blueberry pancakes – they were outstanding! My husband had the country fried steak with eggs, hash browns, cheese grits, and a biscuit. Everything was served hot and just as we ordered it. The diner is conveniently located just outside the Gastonia city limits, and you absolutely must try their breakfast! The coffee was also delicious!
