The restaurant had terrible service. When trying to place an order, they were out of certain items and the wait time was significantly longer compared to a neighboring McDonald's. The author was unimpressed and quickly left for a more efficient dining experience at the nearby fast food chain.
Refuse to open the dining room. They force everyone to go through the drive thru. Rude staff. One look through the drive they window at the filth explains how they operate. I don’t recommend eating here.
Was pretty disappointed with how many things they were out of, especially BBQ sauce. Food was typical of Bojangles, not great, not terrible. Customer service was excellent, however.
All my past breakfast and lunch visits have been wonderful, but my first dinner time visit (11/29 at 6:30PM) was horrible. The restaurant was well staffed and not very busy, but service times were 15 20 minutes or more, restaurant was filthy, staff wasrude. Management you?d be better off locking the doors in the evening vs. giving customers an experience like this.
The supervisor lied right to my face. Very rude. Did not care if she was working there or not the way I took it. Want go back if treated like this again. Wish Marie. was still there?s
