This is my favorite place to dine! The staff is friendly and consistently gets my orders right. However, I think the cashier could enhance her customer service by being more communicative and offering a smile—it's really important!
To start, I've had repeated negative experiences with the owner of this restaurant whenever I try to customize my coffee order. For example, simply requesting mocha drizzle seems to set him off. This morning, I accidentally dropped my frozen coffee and felt incredibly embarrassed. I tried to clean it up with napkins, but the owner took it upon himself to grab a mop. Instead of helping, he scolded me for ruining everyone's morning and made the other customers wait, then charged me for a replacement coffee! It was obviously an accident, but the customer service here is definitely a -10. Happy Friday!
I continuously request cheese on my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, but they refuse to accommodate me. They also won't add caramel to my iced caramel coffee. This occurs every time I go there, and it's just absurd!
The staff at Dunkin' don’t prepare the drinks correctly, seemingly to cut costs. I ordered a cappuccino blast without milk, explaining that I didn’t want milk because the last time it was made that way, it wasn’t right. This drink has never included milk—I’ve been enjoying it for the past 10 years. The employee said no, claiming that adding the coffee concentrate is too expensive. I corrected him, saying that’s not how the drink should be made. I even contacted Baskin Robbins corporate, who confirmed it doesn't come with milk. He refused to make the drink properly or as I requested, apparently to save money. It feels like they’re taking advantage of customers to reduce expenses. I will never spend my money at that location again.
