Ordering late, yes is same routine, park you with no other customers, but that’s fine. This is the 3rd time I have ordered my wife’s whopper with extra extra extra, extra pickles and politely explained the last 2 times they charged and there were 4-5 pickles. This time ordering to get home, see the additional .30 charge and 6 pickles total. Upon calling to inquire how many are standard, I was told he personally put 16 on! I made clear I was calling to make sure next time we can have the proper request or terms to get an over average amount, but instead I was being told he put in 16, but in the same breath telling me he is checking with someone to see if we got the right whopper! My meal was Great, wife’s again, failed. I wasn’t calling for free food or discount, but to find out how to order and excessive amount of pickles for next time, but instead I’m being told what I counted, is not true. Hard to believe my count to 6 is being argued over, but being told there was more, was very interesting. I could see them trying to detour a confrontation for free food or discount, that was clearly not this. Advice: Pick and choose your battles, and maybe listen and provide an answer to ordering properly as the customer requested, instead of arguing, as I don’t have interest in the argument.
