Get home and find that they put an ob... read more This Arby's has gone downhill faster than any restaurant I've seen. Ordered at the drive thru, half pound roast beef meal. Get home and find that they put an obnoxious amount of thick nasty smelling shredded beef in a box. There was a bun on the bottom,completely hidden. NO bun on the top. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO FORGET A BUN WHEN YOU'RE A SANDWICH RESTAURANT!?? I gave them thebenefit of the doubt. Went back and inside, manager couldn't believe it and had them make me a new sandwich. Get home and itsliterally the same thing, but with a bun on top. IMPOSSIBLE to eat because it was essentially scraps of meat tossed in abox. DONE with this location completely.

The food quality is consistently excellent, although there are occasional instances where the music played is inconsistent due to employee choices. The service is friendly and of high quality.

However, when we received our receipt after paying at the window, we were charged full price. When we raised the issue, the manager explained that the prices had changed that day, but the employee taking orders hadn’t yet seen the new training video and was unaware of the update. The manager refused to honor the $1 price. Additionally, we were told there was no turkey for the sliders, but that turkey was used in the gyro. After eating, I suffered from food poisoning for three days. My family and I will not be returning to this location.

The last time I tried at 7:10 PM on a Saturday, it was also closed. Next time I’m craving Arby’s, I won’t waste time or gas driving to this location.
