We visited during a busy night at the drive-thru. There was never a moment when an employee picked up orders at the counter, so customers had to place their orders through the kiosk, which led to some frustration. I like taco bell they have great food but the thing I DONT like is when they bring out a really great new food and serve it for a while and then quit...
