Dunkin' - Clifton

I must say. I 'm impressed with the cleanliness of this place, bathrooms too. The young guy said we care about our store. Everyone was also very polite.

The prices here are significantly higher than at the dunkin down the road on Clifton ave near the city hall. Why. I don?t know?!? A large iced coffee here is almost $6 where at the location on Clifton ave it?s only $4.75?!? What?s wrong with that.Plus the staff always miss understands your orders and gets it wrong. Do not go here and go to the one by city hall in Cliftonjust a mile down the road. Would not recommend

Terrible experience! I ordered an iced coffee with cream and no sugar, but the cashier repeated my order back to me five times, each time incorrectly. When I asked about the half and half, it just got more confusing. In the end, I received a cup of milk instead of my iced coffee!

This location used to be amazing... until they hired new people who are lazy and don't care about what kind of service they provide. Its ashame how a few people can ruin something great..

Order from drive thru , they said there are no order when I went to pickup window . I ordered from pickup window coffe they gave me latte. I ordered 10 chocolate glazed munchkins they give 5 vanilla and 5 chocolate. You have to ask straw with order . They are not professional.
