I'm giving this place five Stars for the margarita and the salsa and chips alone! Unfortunately we did not have time to eat as we were just waiting for someone but the food looked delicious and the bartender was very kind with a smile on her face! There was a large family gathering in the restaurant and they all spoke Spanish so I assume they approved also! View all feedback.
What Jesus L doesn't like about Viva Margarita:
Ordered food on Saturday and we were waiting for 2 hours and after calling about 10 times and waiting for an update we gave up. The manager of the restaurant who I spoke to did not show any sympathy. He just canceled the order. View all feedback.
Always hot, and consistent. They never disappoint. Love the Salmon and the skirt steak! You really cant go wrong with 354 !
Really good food always arrives hot and prepared the right way, but every time order seafood, its always overcooked and rough . That would be my only complaint.
Steak was well cooked, well prepared, and the tres leches was some of the best Ive ever had.
THIS IS A MUST MUST TRY! Service, FOOD AND A COZY DECOR MAKES THIS VENUE TOPS IN OUR AREA ! Thank you, Chef Gregory The Food Channel USA
Horrible experience here. The staff at this restaurant need to be trained properly. My bill was $27.62 for a PICK UP order to which I handed over $30. A staff member took the money and automatically assumed I would not need any change back when she realized I was not leaving, she asked in Disbelief if I was actually waiting for my change. I told her I was. Upon returning with my change, she brought back $2.00 she had rounded up the bill on her own and decided she was only going to return $2 to me. I asked her where the rest of the change was and she went on to explain the bill is $28, because she rounded up. The bill was not $28 I asked her kindly if I was missing some kind of new restaurant policy but she just dismissed me and said it 's Ok as if I had done something wrong but she was willing to overlook it. Never have I encountered a restaurant that handles other people 's money so casually and unilaterally decides on tip (for a take out pick up order) My husband and I come here pretty often and most times leave more than 22% in gratuity as we understand times are tough, so it is not a matter of money but principle. Had she brought back my change like any other regular transactional exchange, I probably would have left it there. A paying customer should have the opportunity to decide whether or not they would like to leave change on their pick up order. It should not be automatically assumed and certainly not leave the customer feeling shamed. Very unfortunate but it seems the manager does not care based on the numerous reviews here.
