The bun was ice-cold and soggy with... read more I placed my order as soon as I arrived, and they delivered it to me in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, everything was cold. The bun was ice-cold and soggy with moisture, while the burger looked like it had been squished by hand. It was completely tasteless! The fries were also cold. I would never return to this place! Additionally, the entire restaurant had an unpleasant smell.

One of the workers even checked on me to make sure everything was okay while I was eating there. I definitely appreciate thehospitality shown there. The tables and floor are always clean as well! Very well maintained location for sure.

We drove 30 minute... read more I spent $45 and I am extremely disappointed. My husband visited the Clarke location and was met with a rude attitude while placing our order. We drove 30 minutes just to try Smash Burger, only to get home and find that two of our burgers looked like the one in the attached photo. This particular burger was for my 2-year-old. It seemed like they were hurrying to prepare our food, even though my husband mentioned the restaurant was empty and they had four hours left until closing. I don't like leaving negative reviews and usually keep my opinions to myself, but this experience was simply unacceptable. I called the store right after seeing the burgers, and the manager offered to remake the two that were poorly prepared. However, I probably won't return after this experience.
