A couple days later I got a call and they said oh I’m sorry I didn’t see we are closed for a private Par... read more So We called for a reservation for 7people on a Sunday. A couple days later I got a call and they said oh I’m sorry I didn’t see we are closed for a private Party OK No Problem. So now we call again and make a reservation for a Sunday at 2:30 for 7 people. I get a txt on Friday to confirm are reservation which I do. So Saturday The day before we are coming I get a call from Mike asking for me to call back which I did. He said oh I’m sorry we are having a party that day. I said are you kidding him. I confirmed it and you call me the day before to tell me this. I hung up and will never go there again on principle alone. How could you do that twice and once the day before the reservation. No, I’m sorry or can we make it up to you. I feel like he got a last minute party and said screw it I’m taking the more money. SAD

Flat bread was so good; a combination of prosciutto(salty but still), cheese, and dough was amazing. The other entrées were just okay...pasta had plenty of seafood, but watery sauce. The veal wasn't tender as expected. I would like to try again sometime in the near future. Service: Dine in

We’ve dropped by for dinner a whole lot this month busy season at work means there are some nights cooking just isn’t in the cards. The owner was super ac... read more We hosted our first Ugly Sweater at Bistro 1051. Not only did we have a great turn out, we had an amazing experience from Mike and staff. The owner was super accommodating at hosting our party of 25 ppl. Tables were already set up upon our arrival and the staff introduced themselves. Immediately following everyone's arrival, food and beverages started rolling out right on time! As it's BYOB, we were able to bring our own wine and beer and have it chilled in the provided iced buckets. The food was FANTASTIC! The meatballs were an absolute hit!! What allowed me to provide a 5 start review (really 10 star review) was when the kitchen and staff were super accommodating to the respective food allergies of a few of our patrons. They personally prepared our selective menu to accommodate restrictions of ingredients. We selective the top package which included an occasional cake which was also delicious!! We were able to sing happy birthday as well. The owner checked in several times to make sure everyone was good as well. We could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone had a blast!! The room was great too where we were able to put our Ugly Sweater backdrop for photo ops. I am a returning client of Bistro 1051 for large parties and date nights. Always a great time and great food!
