What Fred doesn't like about Bistro 1051:
The food was excellent, as always. However, the room was extremely cold. The waitress turned off the air conditioning, which improved the situation, but it shouldn't have been that chilly in the first place. View all feedback.
We had lunch at Up Totro 1051 and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were appropriately attentive, and the food was excellent, particularly the crepe dessert, which was a standout. The prices were reasonable for today's market. We will definitely be returning, hopefully sooner rather than later!

This is a great restaurant with a wide variety of menu options. The vegetable dumplings were outstanding! The prices are very reasonable as well.
