The young lady who served me on this day was kind and polite. However, I advise against visiting the restaurant on West 8th Street, as the staff there were rude and disrespectful. They need to improve their teamwork and work more efficiently. The service was slow, and there seemed to be a lot of arguing among the staff. They really need to focus on maintaining a cleaner environment and being more polite. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about White Castle:
they are rarely open and if they are, they will sit in the drive at least 35 min no exaggeration I am here now. they operate 1 car at a time and leave 7 total cars waiting in the drive! by far the worst customer service or the white lock I was ever too! View all feedback.

White Houses is an excellent restaurant with truly delicious food. The dishes are always served piping hot, so be careful! However, the only downside is that there are no electrical outlets in the dining area. It's quite strange - I’m not sure why that is, but I also don't have any plugs where I live. Nonetheless, the experience has been great, and I appreciate this place very much!
The service is good, and my order is always accurate. However, it's White Castle, so the quality leaves much to be desired. I'm likely never eating there again because, let's be real, fast food feels like a creation of the devil! Lol.
I am very upset with the customer service I receive at this location. I come during 3rd shift after leaving my job to get something on the way home and The staff is always rude and rushing. They act like they don't want to do they're job I've been having trouble the last few visits and something needs to be done immediately. Tonight drew the line for me I ordered a cheese fry and four double jalapeno cheeseburgers light onion. I didn't receive no cheese on my cheeseburger and extra onions all my cheeseburgers it's always something when I order it's almost as if one of the employees have something against me for no reason. The employees really make it feel like you shouldn't be hungry and stop there. Bad customer service...
