Papa John's Pizza - Cincinnati

So I asked for the delivery at 8:30 a.m., it's 9:44 and I haven't received my order yet. I called to speak with the administration someone answered a moment that I was just hanged for over 7 minutes. this is very bad service, especially when I prepaid over $40 on my card....wow thanks to papa john crew at this place..still on my pizza drum?

I enjoy the newer personal at this place. the personal makes me smile every time I go with sweating and high energy approaches. this place offers additional topping when ordered; Unfortunately, something that doesn't all do steadfast. the load is always clean and my order is always ready within the quoted periods. very happy with everything that has changed in the last months!

So I do not leave any negative reviews based on a single experience, this was uniquely terrible. After waiting for a delivery for half an hour, which had never arrived, I called and asked myself to refund my order that the shop did without question. but not long after I received a haunting, profanity-laden text from someone who I suspect was the supplier. definitiw will not order from this site again! I understand that it is a rough time for the restaurant industry and many places are short-circuited, but if your personal uses the personal information of the customers to harass them, they have bigger problems.

$20 for a medium cheese pizza delivered 0.3 miles. ridiculus
