I tried the vegetable samosa, which was h... read more Today, as a first time visitor, I had lunch at this restaurant. The owner, a very kind and welcoming lady, greeted me. I tried the vegetable samosa, which was homemade and truly delicious, as well as the chicken tikka masala, which was outstanding. Having been to many Indian restaurants, I can confidently say that Kanak is definitely one of the top 5. If you haven't been here yet, you should definitely give it a try!

The food is still good, however, the st... read more We have revisited the restaurant and noticed that wait times have improved slightly. We have adjusted our rating to 3/5. The food is still good, however, the staff member at the counter appears to be disorganized and orders are consistently delayed by at least 10 minutes. We recommend giving yourself a 10-15 minute buffer if ordering takeout. It seems that the restaurant may not be well-equipped for takeout orders, which is unfortunate as they used to be a reliable choice for Indian cuisine in Montgomery. After experiencing multiple late pick-up orders, we are unsure if we will return in the future.

A true hidden gem located in the heart of Montgomery, Ohio.
