Your homemade sauce is incredible, and it’s a shame that the experience felt so unwelcoming this time. My wife, who is 81 and not particularly a fan of BBQ, still loves yours, but after this visit, I doubt we will return. It’s unfortunate, and I hope the restaurant reevaluates their service.
