After supporting this place for over 40 years and enjoying great, friendly service, I was disappointed. Your homemade sauce is incredible, and it’s a shame that the experience felt so unwelcoming this time. My wife, who is 81 and not particularly a fan of BBQ, still loves yours, but after this visit, I doubt we will return. It’s unfortunate, and I hope the restaurant reevaluates their service.
This is not the old JWs; there's a new owner, and the food has changed. It's not good anymore. I recommend going to the REAL JWs over in Walnut Hills. I'm not sure what has changed, but it just doesn't taste the same.
