Hook Fish Chicken - Cincinnati

This restaurant is wonderful. The lady working there was very kind. I gave the restaurant a lower rating because of an experience I had at the drive-thru window with another customer right before closing. The customer was being suspicious, but the sweet lady working there helped calm me down and even gave me a water. And finally, the fish was absolutely delicious! It was hot, cooked to order, and definitely a must-try!

I ordered chicken wings, fries, and jalapeño poppers from this restaurant. The food was served hot and fresh, but it had an excessive amount of seasoning which made it quite salty. I was not a fan of the jalapeño poppers with yellow cheese in the middle, as they didn't taste good to me. Overall, I prefer the jalapeño poppers from Arby's.

I gotta say I’m from Texas and came to load down the street I was told about their good food. And man o man they weren’t lying. Fish and shrimp lemon peppered with fries hit the spot. Will definitely come back for more next time I’m up here

Last time I had the drive thru guy lok me in my eyes and tell me that they checked for sauces and there weren’t any in the bag. This time we made an order online 25 minutes ago and when we go they said they haven’t even dropped it yet and it’ll be 15 minutes. Who apologies. No discount. No refund. Nothing. They constantly mess up and make it their customers fault. Do no waste your money here.
