Ze... read more If you are not in sweaters, comfortable dresses or training clothes, feel out of place. The food is delicious, has a hole in the wall vibe, and put on again. Zero has to get dressed. I felt dressed in jeans haha. I never had a bad meal from here. Top-notch food here without beans environment. It's almost like eating can come well from a place that looks like that, but it does!

I enjoye... read more My first sushi experience, and I'll happily return. I have a new understanding as to why it's my daughter's beau's go-to for dates and just to hangout. I enjoyed Made in China and Philly rolls, and the Made in China would have been enough for me. Parking was a hot mess at 6pm on a Tuesday, but not so much as to deter me from returning at the same time in the future.

I waited inside for a half h... read more I order regularly from Cloud 9 but today it took over an hour for my order to be ready for pickup after being quoted 20-25 minutes. I waited inside for a half hour and once I got home with my order I realized it wasn’t even the correct order. I called the restaurant to get a refund and was told they don’t do refunds, only store credits which is really ironic because in order to get my money back for this I have to go back to the place that had the horrible service!

Most recently our waitress disappeared after we put our orders in and when she appeared again she asked if we were ready for the check... We hadn 't even received our entree 's yet? Another time our waiter approached our table and just stared at us without saying anything for several moments before I asked if I could help him. He then proceeded to act as if I disrupted some great concept or idea he had brewing in his hollow skull. Another trip resulted in our waitress giving us the wrong food THREE times without realizing it. Are the people working here actually robots controlled by little goblins within their heads trying to act human? On another note, the decor is downright shanty. The walls have blemishes everywhere. I understand they pride themselves on not being a 'Pretentious ' establishment but there 's got to be some standards upheld. The bewildering staff combined with the dingy environment makes me feel as if I 'm being served food by Gordon Ramsey in a soup kitchen or perhaps an alleyway where you may or may not be harmed by otherworldly beings. It may also be smart to have some dress code with the staff as there have been times our waiter approached our table and I had to question if they were anything more than a homeless man who wandered in from the streets. A simple name tag or T-shirt would suffice. Truly a bizarre yet delicious experience.

I highly recommend dining here and even making the trip if you can. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, our server was friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. I will definitely be returning in the future.

However, all sushi is half off when dining in, making it a fantastic option for college students and those on a budget. The only downside is that parking can be difficult at times. Overall, I would give the food a 4 out of 5 rating.

My girlfriend IS a huge fan of sushi and is just as obsessed if not more so.
