I waited inside for a half h... read more I order regularly from Cloud 9 but today it took over an hour for my order to be ready for pickup after being quoted 20-25 minutes. I waited inside for a half hour and once I got home with my order I realized it wasn’t even the correct order. I called the restaurant to get a refund and was told they don’t do refunds, only store credits which is really ironic because in order to get my money back for this I have to go back to the place that had the horrible service!

I highly recommend dining here and even making the trip if you can. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, our server was friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I'm not even the biggest fan of sushi and this is still one of my top 10 go to restaurants because they have great options for everyone. My girlfriend IS a huge fan of sushi and is just as obsessed if not more so. I love the ambiance and everyone that works there is always so friendly and helpful. 10/10 all around Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
