Bonbonerie is one of my happy places in Cincinnati! They have the most wonderful pastries, the cutest seasonal cookies, wonderful tea, and nice lunch. I’ve celebrated my birthday now 2 times here, and the service has always been wonderful. They have a great collection of cakes by the slice or whole as well as a ton of other treats. Down a flight of stairs, through an outdoor corridor between two old buildings, and a courtyard where you can hear music under the stars is the entrance to
Great place for a quiet date on a nice evening. They also have great drinks from which to choose, many choices, so come prepared to make a tough decision.
Came here for some drinks, and it's such a cool spot! We were seated outside on the patio, and there was live music.
Their desserts are always fresh and delicious. It's one of the few places where I can find macrons that aren't stale. I really like the birthday cake macarons and turtle brownies. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Desserts were all delicious. Definitely will be going back to the bakery. General service in the bakery was great and we also had a tea party experience and the wait staff were also nice. Only issue I had was we had the outdoor tea party option, it rained and there was no back up plan or plan b from the establishment. Which is a bit disappointing considering the price and general concept. Rain does not mix with high noon tea. I also had a lot of flies landing on my food as the table at the top near the parking lot, so couldn't take any of the leftovers with me after stepping away. So highly recommend booking an indoor option if you do plan an experience. Overall a good little outing for my family, with lots of delicious bites.
