I always en... read more I was here on many occasions for a quick meal. Whether I go personally or call to place my order for takeout, the staff is always friendly and fast. I always engraved either on the lemon thyme chicken sandwich or the chicken of myself, depending on how much carbs I can stand for the day. The cucumber lime fresca is always refreshing and not excessively sweet. The Parmesan fries are always crowded to perfection. The offers are always perfect. Warning: The lemon Thymian diving sauce is addictive! The price is very reasonable, the location is convenient, and the food is always well done. Very recommended!

She apologised for the mistake on our orders and since then, every order of OTR City Bird has been spoken to her for my brother correctly. She sent us meal tickets to use in the store, and I am very pleased with the answer. I hate this restaurant, especially this business. The Crestview Hills Store is fine. Unfortunately, they are from our delivery area and this is the only one that will deliver us via doorstep. This store constantly forgets food, usually a secondary order of fries, almost every time we order. My younger autistic brother loves this place and is very picky the only reason we order from here. I'm so fetish with this place. Calling them is not good. Emailing company not good. I can request a refund, but Door Dash will not refund the delivery fee. So, even if I went to order the item they originally forgot, I would have to pay the delivery again!!!!!!! These places owe us so many orders from French Pommes, I could build a bridge to France and get them.

The city sauce was a good addition would get it again as a late night snack. Our tenders were atad spicy i think they may have thrown in the spicy tenders by accident.

However, I ordered the Buffalo sandwich today through door dash and very disappointed. Looks slapped together, barely and Buffalo sauce,and none of the ranch is on the sandwich.
