She apologised for the mistake on our orders and since then, every order of OTR City Bird has been spoken to her for my brother correctly. She sent us meal tickets to use in the store, and I am very pleased with the answer. I hate this restaurant, especially this business. The Crestview Hills Store is fine. Unfortunately, they are from our delivery area and this is the only one that will deliver us via doorstep. This store constantly forgets food, usually a secondary order of fries, almost every time we order. My younger autistic brother loves this place and is very picky the only reason we order from here. I'm so fetish with this place. Calling them is not good. Emailing company not good. I can request a refund, but Door Dash will not refund the delivery fee. So, even if I went to order the item they originally forgot, I would have to pay the delivery again!!!!!!! These places owe us so many orders from French Pommes, I could build a bridge to France and get them.
