This was my first experience with DoorDash, and I loved it! Chicken minis are my favorite, especially when they arrive right at my doorstep on Opening Day! A huge thank you to Debbie—everything went perfectly! Thanks, Chick-fil-A! View all feedback.
What Hollis Kiehn doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Worst Chick-fil-A in the city by far. Placed my order on their app for pick up via drive thru. They had a normal line for a Chick-fil-A when I arrived, so I assumed it'd take approximately 10 minutes to make it through. I was wrong. I sat in the line for about 40 minutes before finally reaching a spot where I could leave the line and their restaurant. If you don't have the staff to take orders, shut this location dow... When I looked at the accessibility for others, I first noticed that the doors have no button to make it accessible to wheelchair users, or people who have muscle disorders where they cannot open the door themselves. there were some spots for handicap parking, but this part of the parking lot was due to the influx of people through the drive-thru, so it was almost impossible to park there in general. while I noticed in the facility that their worktops had two flats. one level was lower than the other and wheelchair-friendly. the same went for mülleimer. I was also in the bathroom that had wheelchair-friendly stands. However, if someone took care of a person who was wheelchair-bound, but still had a young boy/adult, he had no change station specifically for this situation. the rinses were accessible to all, and they had paper towels instead of blasphemed, which would have a little more friendly for those who have sensory disorders, autism, etc. Overall, I would say that this facility is half accessible as they could do some work to make it more accessible, as they open more customers for the service in the interior.
Dining here offers a higher quality and very delicious experience, but the nutritional value is comparable to that of an average fast-food restaurant. Most entrée options are high in sodium, and many also contain a significant amount of fat. The grilled chicken sandwich is likely your healthiest choice. Prices here are quite steep, typically 2-3 times the cost of McDonald's, but the quality of the food is generally better. The sauces, especially the special sauce, are outstanding, though I wasn’t given any during my last visit. I recently tried the yogurt parfait, which was one of the best I've had, but at over $5.00, I’m unlikely to order it again. The milkshakes are also excellent, but like most milkshakes, they are very high in sugar. This place can get extremely busy during dinner, so be prepared for a long wait. The employees are friendly and efficient. Overall, it's a good place to dine occasionally if you're in the mood for a chicken sandwich or something tasty.
We decided to visit the restaurant since we recently received a gift card, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The service was excellent, and both the chicken sandwich and milkshake were delicious. However, I wasn't very impressed with the waffelfries as they didn’t seem fully cooked.

Chick-fil-A consistently delivers excellent service, and I've never encountered any problems with my orders. I particularly enjoy their sweet tea and chick-n-minis, and I highly recommend trying the chicken biscuit with Colby Jack cheese!
